The only ones who focus obsessively on Donald Trump are the Democrats. What exactly is the connection between David Lapape and Trump, or the political right? This nutjob was a pedophile, psychedelic-drug taking illegal immigrant who should have been shipped back to Canada, but because he was in a sanctuary state, was allowed to stay. The police and the DA's office are not telling the public everything. There's more to this story, and that's fine--that's what law enforcement does. I'm saying I don't understand how you make the leap from this act of violence to Donald Trump.

Perhaps Mr. Lapape was inspired by Antifa, and the riots of 2020. Maybe he liked what that guy did who shot up the Congressional baseball game and injured Steve Scalise. As far as "Republicans eliminating their opponents completely, killing them instead of defeating them at the polls", let's make sure no one forgets that the one politcal candidate who has been attacked physically was Lee Zeldin, by a knife-wielding leftist, not to mention that his house was shot at while his daughters were inside.
